To order from our website, you will need to register a User Account to VOLKS Online Store.

Please fill out the required information and click to "Confirm Web User Registration", then follow the prompts to register.
Visit the product information page.
And click the ‘Order’ button underneath the SWS Products.
A VOLKS Online Store website will open.
(Or Visit the ZOUKEI-MURA Scale model Category "SUPER WING SERIES" page from VOLKS Online Store.)
On this page, choose the quantity you want to order (for example, ‘2’) and click "Add to Cart".
This will place the item into your Shopping Cart.
If you clicked "Shopping cart View" on VOLKS Online Store ,
you should see a screen confirming that the item is in your shopping cart.
From this screen click "Proceed with Your Order".
Then you will see a sign in page.
Please enter your User Account name and password (from Step 1) and click the "Sign in".
Once you do this, you will enter the Ordering Process.
Please follow the instructions on the screen to complete your order.
You will need to confirm your shipping and payment details, and click ‘Next’' at the bottom of each page.
When your order is fully completed you will receive confirmation on the screen.
In addition, you will be sent an automatic email from us confirming your order.
Once you receive this email, your order is complete.
If you receive confirmation on the screen, but do not receive your confirmation email, please let us know.
